These terms cover your use of Rummage Route ("the app"), published by Hugo Software. By installing or using the app you accept them.

What Rummage Route is

Rummage Route helps you find garage, yard, estate and moving sales near you and plan a route between them. It is a discovery tool. We do not run the sales, we are not a party to anything you buy, and we do not vet the people holding them.

Listing accuracy

Most listings are aggregated from publicly posted classified advertisements and are refreshed daily. Others are added by users.

Times, addresses and what is actually for sale can change or be wrong, and a sale may be cancelled without notice. Sale hours are shown as a typical window when the advertisement does not state them. Always confirm details with the seller before driving anywhere.

Buying and selling

Any transaction is strictly between you and the seller. Meeting strangers and buying second-hand goods carries ordinary real-world risk; use normal caution, and remember that goods bought at a yard sale usually come with no warranty and no returns.

Price Estimate

Price Estimate is an AI-generated opinion produced by a vision model from a single photograph. It is an estimate for guidance only — not an appraisal, not a valuation, and not financial advice. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for buying or selling anything of significant value. The model can be confidently wrong.

Subscriptions

Price Estimate is an auto-renewing subscription with a 3-day free trial, offered weekly, monthly or yearly. Billing, renewal, refunds and cancellation are handled by Google Play under Google's terms. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in your Google Play account; cancelling stops future renewals and does not refund the current period.

Content you add

If you add a sale or write a review, you are responsible for it, you confirm you have the right to post it, and you agree not to post anything unlawful, misleading or someone else's private information. Content you add is stored on your own device.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to harass sellers, scrape or resell our listing feed, or interfere with the service.

Availability

The app is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Listing coverage varies by city, the feed can be delayed or unavailable, and features may change or be withdrawn. We are not liable for wasted journeys, missed sales, or losses arising from listings or price estimates.

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the current version is always at this address.
